Every morning I wake up to the sound of a deep bass coming through the ceiling. Depending on my dreams that night, I sometimes wonder if I accidentally passed out backstage at a rap concert. Then I realize it's just Sam (above). Sam is 21 and lives in the apartment above us in beautiful Boston, MA. Sam lives with his girlfriend, Sta, and goes to school. If there's one thing Sam knows, it's good Hip-Hop. Now, I don't normally like to be woken up anytime before 1pm (or my natural awakening, whichever comes first), but for some reason, when i wake up to Sam's choice beats, I am unriled and unannoyed. What I hear through the hardwood is fantastic, and what he brings down to play for us is even better.
Sam, being the global entrepeneuer such as Big Bear and myself, started a blog some time ago. It is a tasteful and insightful glance at what's what in rap today. For those of you who are big into rap (and understand that we don't supply a lot of it here), I sincerely suggest you check out his page: www.ghostfaction.com. The illest hip-hop commentary on the east cost. Enjoy.
